What makes nam phueng spa massage different to many others?

We house all our massage staff.  We do this because we want to ensure they have a comfortable and FREE place to stay. In addition we treat them as family with respect and care.  As a result of this, the feedback from our customers is that our staff are motivated, friendly and helpful, doing their jobs to the best of their abilities. We believe in the "Pay it forward theory".  This also enables us to retain our staff, thus maintaining consistency & quality.

We take massage seriously

We take every massage seriously, trying to understand the customers needs before beginning.  We see every client as valuable and indeed the custom that they bring to our shop. Currently around 75% of our business is repeat customers.

All guests are treated with a warm welcome, complimentary cool signature infused towels & cool water.  Finishing with complimentary melon & signature green tea,

Signature aromatic Oils & Oil burners, diffusers & scented pot pouri have been selected and distributed around the shop to make you feel extra luxurious.  Carefully curated world music, Healing, transcendent, Hypnotic, Meditative & soul inspiring sounds are played on our speaker systems throughout all rooms.

We consistently train & re-train our staff regardless of their capabilities or skill level.  We do this to try to ensure the correct steps for ALL massages, specifically the more complicated ones are remembered, with techniques being carried forward.

  • We do not employ massage staff who have ego's as this disrupts the harmony of the team & shop ambience.

  • A few of the extra measures we have taken in the shop to ensure that you have a peaceful & tranquil experience:  1-Secondary glazing fitted on windowes (where feasible) to reduce noise from outside. 2-Soft door closers on doors to stop doors banging. 3-We have acoustically insulated the lofts to reduce noise & heat from outside.
